Andrew Ammerlaan 9a1c41ffa2 sci-visualization/paraview: add 5.11.0_rc1 
This is a release candidate but we add it anyway
because the in-tree version fails to configure
if dev-qt/qt*:6 is present on the system

Also updated the LICENSEs
