- Fixed warnings on Perl 5.22+

- New tunable ampersand_joiner
- New method _auto_field_from
- Fix _parse_rex_microinterpolate not updateing $ecount with %%
- Fix some %-escapes not being matched
- More careful ID3v2 frame name parsing
