Brian Evans 24e8fadab7 php-ext-source-r3.eclass: Introduce PHP_EXT_NEEDED_USE 
This simplifies the dependencies in an ebuild

@DESCRIPTION:
A list of USE flags to append to each PHP target selected
as a valid USE-dependency string.  The value should be valid
for all targets so USE defaults may be necessary.
Example:
PHP_EXT_NEEDED_USE="mysql?,pdo,pcre(+)"

The PHP dependencies will result in:
php_targets_php7-0? ( dev-lang/php:7.0[mysql?,pdo,pcre(+)] )

Brian Evans 2c3113fded php-ext-source-r3.eclass: Introduce PHP_INI_NAME variable 
Currently php-ext-source-r3 saves the enabling ini file as
"${PHP_EXT_NAME}.ini".  This is problematic when foo module needs to be
loaded before bar module as things are read in directory order.

This patch introduces PHP_INI_NAME which defaults to PHP_EXT_NAME for
backwards-compatibility.

Patrice Clement fc8a2a8c31 dev-python/pythondialog: version bump to 3.4.0. 
This commit:
* alters python-3.4.0.ebuild's slot to 0 for Python 3.x and pypy3 interpreters.
* adds python-3.4.0-r200.ebuild using slot "python-2" for Python 2.7 and pypy interpreters.

An EAPI 6 bump is crammed in whilst we're at it.

Tony Vroon a2dfb50194 net-wireless/wireless-regdb: regulatory.db support 
As reported by Mike Lothian in bug #643520 and implemented
by "Cyrillic", 4.15 kernels require both regulatory.db and
the corresponding PKCS#7 signature.
Straight to stable as per the precedent set by previous
commits from Richard "Zero-Chaos" Farina.

Mike Frysinger 8a7a624ff5 dev-python/josepy: block all old versions of acme 
Since these both install /usr/bin/jws, making the blocker conditional
upon the python versions doesn't make sense, so always block it.  This
also fixes upgrades when older acme was built against different python
versions (and thus the blocker wouldn't activate).

Ulrich Müller 5d1440912c eutils.eclass: Update function documentation. 
Mention that einstalldocs() and in_iuse() are provided by the package
manager in EAPI 6.

in_iuse "must not" (rather than "should not") be used in global scope.

Ulrich Müller 28ef9023d2 eutils.eclass: Remove built_with_use(). 
The function was deprecated in 2010 and is no longer used in the tree.
Use EAPI 2 use deps and has_version as replacement.
