Eli Schwartz fae2ef851d app-emulation/qemu: avoid automagic deps on gtk+[X,wayland] 
e.g. the upstream code checks whether GDK_WINDOWING_WAYLAND is defined
by the gtk headers, and if so will compile against the wayland symbols
it provides. This means that qemu built on a system with gtk+[-wayland]
will be compatible with anything, but when built on a system with
gtk+[wayland], requires that at runtime.

Use a Gentoo-specific macro hack to hide the GTK implementations when we
don't want it, alongside new USE flags to control the dependency usage.

Andreas Sturmlechner 10290aa19f app-text/xpdf: Drop IUSE qt6 (Qt5 build option) 
The question remains why we added back an old PDF toolkit with plenty
of known security holes fixed by poppler since forking XPDF-3.

Yeah right, "fixed in xpdf-5" which has not become a thing since 2022.

But at the very least it must not block Qt5 cleanup. Held my nose and
just dropped that.

f6f136bbc8 added babeltrace-2.x. Quoting
the website:
> Because Babeltrace 2 is still a young released project, some distributions still
> provide packages for the Babeltrace 1 project. Both projects can coexist on
> the same system as there are no common installed files.

At least gdb (bug 951652) and ceph (bug 920371) need porting to babeltrace-2,
so let's provide a slotted package.

Don't create wrappers for everything on macOS, just create them for
tools that previously were established to exist on the host system.
This way we don't present tools like readelf, which do not exist of
course.
