Joonas Niilola 29d3c228fb www-client/firefox: update jpeg-xl patch on 138.0.3 
The previous patch wasn't complete enough, and jxl support got enabled by some
condition in all cases. It is properly controlled by the "jpeg-xl" use flag
now. If you built 138.0.3 succesfully before this update, you should have jxl
support in your Firefox. Enable it via "image.jxl.enabled" about:config setting.
