Matt Jolly e9c0b4c9d6 games-fps/alephone: update live to avoid use of ffmpeg 
We can get mp3 support via media-libs/libsndfile and there's
no currently-packaged scenario that relies on ffmpeg for
video decoding.

Matt Jolly 46f705832f games-fps/alephone-apotheosis-x: new package, add 1.1 
This package installs an Aleph One (Marathon) scenario.
It's useful for testing MP3 support in the engine, but is
also quite pretty and fun to play.

Michał Górny bf2e6ccd67 dev-python/wheel: Revert "Bump to 0.46.1" 
Upstream yanked the release.  The primary reason is incompatibility
with old versions of setuptools, so it's not critical for Gentoo users
to downgrade, but we shouldn't be running a yanked release.

Matt Jolly 51dbfdac9e profiles: mask x11-themes/fvwm_{icons,sounds} 
These packages cannot be installed: SRC_URI is mirror://gentoo
and the files do not exist on our mirrors. Have asked if there's
a canonical source upstream; all resources currently use the debian
packaging, last updated in ~2007.

Paul Zander 09cb043f9a media-gfx/openvdb: fix cuda sandbox issues 
Handle missing write permissions when the build user is not in the video group.
Setup sandbox permissions as `SANDBOX_PREDICT` masked further failures.
Run `nvidia-smi -L` to setup device files so `cuda_add_sandbox` finds those
files.
Do not use `local -x` as it masks already set values and breaks user-set
CUDAARCHS.
