Nicolas PARLANT f2db4e3c60 media-sound/split2flac: rework dep for mac, EAPI=8 
update stable to EAPI=8

the useflag mac is used to install shntool with mac support but shntool
is a script. Finally, move media-sound/shntool[mac] -> media-sound/mac
that does the same job.
