Michał Górny 308cb8b4ff dev-python/hatch-nodejs-version: New package, v0.3.2 ...

This one has a few revdeps already, except for some reason people
thought it's a better idea to apply a major patch and hardcode
the version number in that patch, than add this trivial package.
What could go wrong with that?!
