media-gfx/ueberzugpp: fix build with cli11-2.6.0 
wrt the v3 check in the patch, odds are it'll also need setting
CLI11_ENABLE_EXTRA_VALIDATORS to work but there is no reason to
worry about this right now and fix is sufficient for 2.6.0.
