Mike Gilbert 0d0cfac984 sys-kernel/dracut: update gpg optfeature 
The crypt-gpg module requires the 'gpg' binary.

If smartcard support is enabled, it also requires gpg-agent,
gpg-connect-agent, and optionally scdaemon.

It might be possible to mix/match, but let's keep things simple and
require matching implementations.
