ShengYi Hung f7552eceeb dev-util/nvidia-cuda-toolkit: Fix clang warning message ...

We install clang binary to /usr/lib/llvm/<version>/bin/ instead of
/usr/lib/llvm/<arch>/bin<version>. Correctly pass the binary location on
hostcc setup message.
