Alfred Wingate 6066aa37dc dev-util/diffoscope: add 322 ...

* Add new use flag for guestfs which gives better diffs for filesystems.
* Move to single python due to dependencies. rpm and libguestfs are both
single python packages.
* Temporarily drop ppc64 keyword, hdf5 is keyworded on ppc64 but h5py
  isn't. Diffoscope needs those python bindings to work.
