This is an almost complete rewrite. Instead of using handcrafted event-model.xml files, it extracts build-gentoo.xml files from the pom.xml files and processes them with eant(), bug #836753. It drops one patch which does no longer apply and adds three new patches, each for one unresolved test failure. verify-sig has been updated and uses the same key as batik and xmlgraphics-commons. For tests it builds core-test.jar in order to simplify the selection of tests to run. In src_install(), it uses java-pkg_dojar only for fop-util.jar and fop-events.jar while java-pkg-simple_src_install handles fop-core.jar.
