* remake patch, was done on top of the sed (now removed) and
  they changed the same line making this kind of messy.
* respect CPPFLAGS
* GPL-2 -> GPL-2+
* remove dead urls, debian doesn't seem to have this anymore?
 (probably not very useful to keep here either)
