Florian Schmaus ca6495b040 shell-completion.eclass: drop outdated sentence from description ...

Since 016b49f445 ("shell-completion.eclass: include functions of
bash-completion-r1.eclass") shell-completion.eclass does no longer
inherit bash-completion-r1.eclass. Drop the outdated sentence from
DESCRIPTION describing this.
