* update LICENSE to reflect upstreams re-licensing
 * updated metadata.xml
 * add man-page sed (so manpage reflects installed tool)
 * use configure switch (--with-kbddatadir) to simplify src_install()
 * gzip keymaps as other packages installing them are gzipping them
