I can reproduce this in my AT container under automation but not manually
either outside or inside. I do see a stale /tmp/tmux-$(id -u) = /tmp/tmux-250
so let's try avoid that by setting TMUX_TMPDIR.

Also, backport fixtures use for some tests.
