Anton Fischl 9a4305b894 dev-php/pecl-parallel: add 1.2.14 ...

compatible with PHP8.4 and PHP8.5
tested with PHP8.{3,4,5}
memory leak was fixed in 1.2.8, patch can be removed together
with 1.2.7-r1
