Sam James 4a927c3194 dev-libs/libffi: add 3.6.0, 3.7.0 ...

There was a larger-than-normal amount of changes in 3.6.0 so I wanted
to sit on it for a little bit in case of regressions before pushing. Adding
both 3.6.0 and 3.7.0 now to allow testing of the other if there are issues.
