WANG Xuerui db383bff69 media-libs/gstreamer: keyword 1.20.2 for ~loong
The only failing test case is gst_gstbin, which timeouts, but all other
test cases passed. Considering we don't have acceleration on loong (not
even llvmpipe so far), the package may as well work perfectly.

Keywording for broader testing.

Michał Górny 80822835b5 dev-lang/python: Remove 3.7.13
Remove the last version of Python 3.7. The eclass support has been
removed almost a year ago, on 2021-06-01. This version is no longer
receiving bug fixes, has known regressions related to OpenSSL 3.x
and GCC 12.x and the backports do not apply cleanly.

Sam James e1df0e6beb gnome-base/gnome-shell: revbump for Polkit patch
As Matt points out, we might end up installing gnome-shell w/ an older
polkit, then upgrading polkit, and then nobody provides the autoref
bits.

Given it can go both ways, depend on a newer Polkit which always
has the autoref bits, and add the patch to said new version.

(Also, revbump -r1 -> r2 with no patch, for consistency, as people
will have likely merged the -r1 w/ the polkit build fix, but in theory
could (but unlikely!) downgrade polkit at some point, and it's
just a lot easier to handle bugs this way if we know everything is
in a sane state.)

Bit annoyed I didn't think it through fully as I went back and forth
a few times and decided on not, wrongly.

Sam James e20ef76c97 media-video/mkvtoolnix: add 67.0.0
Quoting same comments I put in the patch:
"""
We should only check for UIC (provided by qtwidgets) if we're building the GUI.

Qt (just qtcore) itself is *always* needed to build mkvtoolnix (it's used
for e.g. MIME type detection since 59.0.0), but the rest of Qt
(like qtwidgets) is only needed for the GUI build.

The build system incorrectly unconditionally checks for UIC. We fix it here
to only check for it when doing a GUI build.

First hunk (ac/qt5.m4, removing UIC check): Signed-off-by: Duane Robertson duane@duanerobertson.com
Second hunk (rest, adding UIC check conditional on enable_gui): Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>

Sam James f36d701f94 media-video/vlc: drop obsolete -std=c++11
The commit referenced in the ebuild [0] was in 3.0.0 anyway, but
also, AX_CXX_COMPILE_STDCXX_11 passes the needed flags to enable
c++11 support anyway.

In any case, long obsolete, as GCC 9+ defaults to gnu++11 or newer
anyhow.
