media-libs/gstreamer: keyword 1.20.2 for ~loong

Browse Source 
The only failing test case is gst_gstbin, which timeouts, but all other
test cases passed. Considering we don't have acceleration on loong (not
even llvmpipe so far), the package may as well work perfectly.

Keywording for broader testing.
