Andrew Ammerlaan 3bf2daeefc media-sound/pulseeffects: version bump 4.8.5 
version 4.8.4 contains a very annoying bug with dconf>=0.40
where all the plugins have to be manually enabled after
starting the application. This release fixes the issue
