Although a look at the code of ich_descriptors_tool, the only tool
currently installed by USE=tools, suggests there should be nothing
hardware-dependent there (it works with ICH image files, not ICH
chipsets themselves), upstream has decided to only compile it on
x86-compatible systems. Until it turns out someone is in fact
interested in running this tool on other architectures, honour their
decision.

This new version fixes the mixup of $D and $ED at install-time, and
along with a newer netsurf-buildsystem, should allow the use of a
non-default (E)ROOT.

This new version fixes the install-time mixup between $D and $ED. When
combined with the latest netsurf-buildsystem, this should allow the
use of emerge --root=<whatever>.

This new version fixes the mixup between $D and $ED at install-time
that was causing failures with nonstandard ROOT. For best results,
combine with the latest netsurf-buildsystem.

The "install" targets should be using $D with the latest version of
netsurf-buildsystem, but were using $ED. This new revision changes
it. There's no risk of breakage with older netsurf-buildsystem,
because it never worked to begin with.

This version comes with a gentoo-helpers-r2.sh that contains the
correct Gentoo-prefix paths for PREFIX and NSSHARED. The problem was
originally reported against netsurf.eclass, but it has migrated to
this script in the meantime.
