Ionen Wolkens 45df84e673 games-emulation/pcsx2: add 2.8.1, drop 2.8.0 
Had forgot to push 2.8.0 yesterday and hadn't realized 2.8.1 released
when pushed it earlier.

These are however pretty much the same, the only difference is a fix
for the Metal backend (Apple). Arguably might have been a better idea
to wait a few days given upstream often does these 1 commit releases
a few times in a row then does no releases for months.

Ionen Wolkens b46d96c603 games-emulation/pcsx2: sync live 
wrt KEYWORDS and REQUIRE_USE changes, this is because it "may" be
possible to keyword on arm64 now, so remove the blocker in case anyone
interested wants to try it.

Note the ffmpeg9 patch is still needed (included in 2.8.0), but
skipping it in live in case the PR gets merged upstream soon.

Eli Schwartz 19f55c10c8 gui-wm/sway: fix very incomplete wlroots automagic dependency on X 
The wlroots ebuild uses USE=X to indicate xwayland support, and
USE=x11-backend to indicate native x11 windowing support (nested
compositors).

In order to avoid automagic dependencies, exact [use=] binding at build
time must be used, since sway performs all feature detection via e.g.

```
#if WLR_HAS_XWAYLAND
#if WLR_HAS_X11_BACKEND
#if WLR_HAS_SESSION
#if WLR_HAS_LIBINUPUT_BACKEND
#if WLR_HAS_DRM_BACKEND
```

... wait a minute. That's a heck of a lot of automagic detection. And
currently, we only handle one of them, and that is USE=X
(for the WLR_HAS_XWAYLAND define).

The result is that binhost binaries error out:

```
$ sway
sway: symbol lookup error: sway: undefined symbol: wlr_x11_output_create
```

and depending on how you mis-build sway and/or wlroots locally, much
else will mismatch too.

The only solution for this automagic is to have sway arbitrarily mandate
specific USE flags for wlroots, or expose *all* of them transitively and
bind to each one.

Eli Schwartz 4102f5d3e5 gui-wm/sway: drop old 
1.10.1 was stabilized in March 2025. 1.11 was stabilized in February
2026, seven months ago.

There is little reason to keep these old versions around so long.
Followup commits will make changes for all versions; reduce the number
of ebuilds needing to be fixed.
