Kerin Millar b39e66dce5 app-shells/bash: add 5.2_p37-r2 with optimised colour/prompt intialisation 
This revision brings two changes to the 10-gentoo-color.bash drop-in.

Firstly, try to match the value of TERM against the whitelist of
terminals known to support colour, only employing tput(1) as a last
resort. Given that the list is now a well-curated one, it makes sense to
try to forgo the expense of executing an external utility.

Secondly, micro-optimise the method by which readline support is
detected. It is ever so slightly faster to run ( ! shopt -u direxpand )
as opposed to [[ ! $(shopt -p direxpand) ]].

Kerin Millar 559c40d48e app-shells/bash: rename one of the 5.2_p37 patches 
Currently, the gentoo repo is carrying two identical patches:

- bash-5.2_p32-read-delimiter-in-invalid-mbchar.patch
- bash-5.2_p32-invalid-continuation-byte-ignored-as-delimiter-1.patch

However, the second one has a more informative commit message. Drop the
first and have the 5.2_p37 ebuild apply the second.

Matias Hilden f65091df48 sys-kernel/genkernel: bump libxcrypt-4.4.38 and libgpg-error-1.51 for gcc-15 
Building initramfs failed when using gcc-15. Current stable versions of
libxcrypt and libgpg-error fix these issues.

Jay Faulkner 7796a13d4b www-apps/hugo: add 0.147.1, take maintainership 
Added 0.147.1, this version adds a use flag "deploy", reflecting
upstream adding an option to build with or without deployment code.

This ebuild aggressively removes test files as many hugo tests expect to
be able to run `npm install` or be able to call HEAD on one of many
random websites. Ideally we would patch out less bluntly.

Additionally, I am taking maintainership of this package.

While using bpf-toolchain "mostly works", there are still some
rough edges due to ongoing work in Linux and gcc itself.
Make users aware that USE=-clang might result in bugs.

Holger Hoffstätte caf1b774b9 dev-util/bpftool: prevent attribute warning with bpf-toolchain 
The bpf-generated kernel headers currently use a clang-specific
pragma to annotate data structures with the preserve_access_index
attribute; since this does not work with gcc, the attribute will
be ignored. Luckily the BPF test suite already has a macro guard
called BPF_NO_PRESERVE_ACCESS_INDEX for this case, so just define
that for the bpftool build as well.
