sci-libs/hdf5: really drop USE fortran2003.

fortran2003 is supported by gfortran-4.9 which is the
oldest in the main tree. As of 1.10, hdf5 drops the
  fortran2003 configuration option.

Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.16, Repoman-2.3.6
