media-libs/libsdl2: disable automagic ccache

Randomly spotted ccache lines despite FEATURES=-ccache
during a rebuild.

Unsure by what logic options were sorted in this mycmakeargs,
so semi randomly inserted near the end among the other hard =OFF
for now.
