media-fonts/terminus-font: revbump for pkg_setup fix

python-any-r1 and the Python dep is BDEPEND only, so fine with using it even
if BDEPEND isn't satisfied because it's a binpkg (which is ok), but python_setup
dies for the reason I mentioned.

(That's because it has calcified PYTHON_COMPAT from when the binpkg was
built, i.e. requires 3.13 when the dependencies don't express that for
a binpkg, would need IDEPEND for that, but it isn't needed here anyway.)
