app-misc/anki: update maintainers

Browse Source 
The ebuild has changed significantly since Patrick last touched it and
the last I recall, he didn't have an interest (not unreasonably) in handling
the node/whatever else they pick-of-the-day. Make metadata.xml reflect
reality.
