sci-calculators/bc-gh: remove old versions
I am *not* removing 6.1.1-r1 because that is the one approved by the Gentoo team. But Gentoo team, there are two known memory bugs in 6.1.1 (see https://git.gavinhoward.com/gavin/bc/src/branch/master/MEMORY_BUGS.md), so please approve the latest version at earliest convenience.
