x11-misc/xdotool: drop 3.20211022.1-r1

Still keeping the last 3.x for now given there are still some
regressions and users may need the old version.

(meant to also do a bump now but assets are missing the usual tarball
upstream, could switch to gh snapshots but will wait a bit)
