media-sound/guitarix: update live

use a skeleton for both keyworded and live ebuilds

enable py3.14, disable py3.10

deps :
add missing dev-libs/libsigc++
only the standalone UI uses gtk' libs
move glibmm/gtkmm/glib/gtk+/curl into standalone (see wscript)
add missing atkmm/cairo{,mm}/pango{,mm}/gdk-pixbuf (see gxwmm.pc)
lv2 uses X11/cairo
add missing gperf to generate enums

export STRIP="true" to avoid patch
