x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: stabilize 595.71.05 for amd64

Cannot test this version due to lacking hardware but, reading NVIDIA's
forums, this shouldn't have any major regressions. There has been a
handful of users reporting issues in specific games, or suspend but
this happens about every versions and, unless it's particularly
widespread, won't hold back stabilization over this.
