dev-python/vdirsyncer: Fix my broken python3.9 bump

In commit d4b3d02583 I forgot to replace
the now-deprecated 'getiterator', so with python3.9 syncs aborted with
the following message:
'xml.etree.ElementTree.Element' object has no attribute 'getiterator'.

There is a trivial fix which is also mentioned upstream:
