dev-lang/spidermonkey: add 128.13.0
Add python-3.13 support, but disable tests as they haven't been ported to python-3.13. There doesn't seem to be runtime issues though. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/952299 Signed-off-by: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org>
