dev-lang/spidermonkey: add 140.0
Had to drop our custom patch (0007-bgo-821091-dont-depend-on-llvm-objdump.patch) that got rid of hardcoded llvm-objdump dependency, but that logic is now split to at least two files (might be more) and I'm not sure if it even works with the way rust.eclass handles llvm dependency in Gentoo now. Hence needs more investigation and testing before I'll spend time updating the patch. Signed-off-by: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org>
