x11-libs/goffice: pass --without-long-double to fix 32bit targets

Upstream is suggesting to pass it for 32bit arches for a long time:

The bug was showing app as a build failure on x86 and a test error
on ppc. Arm should also be affected (as I see on other distributions
like openSuSE).
