gnome-base/gnome-extra-apps: Drop media-gfx/gnome-photos

It will be dropped in the future as it is unmaintained for years:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1110953

shotwell, gthumb and other can be used as an alternative.
