dev-libs/libIDL: sys-devel/flex -> app-alternatives/lex

Browse Source 
All of these will be using app-alternatives/lex anyway as they're not unsetting

YACC or LEX, so make the dep reflect reality.

(Included both YACC and LEX out of conservatism.)
