dev-lang/spidermonkey: add 128.10.0
Test phase still breaks with python-3.13. Spidermonkey-128 is based on Firefox:esr and the commits for Firefox:rapid enabling python-3.13 don't apply this far back. Couldn't find a patch dealing with python-3.13 from any major distro. Signed-off-by: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org>
