www-client/seamonkey: 2.53.19 Version bump
* Bumped to Seamonkey version 2.53.19. * Fixed RedundantUriRename and subsequent ExcessiveLineLength QA issues. * Fixed VariableOrderWrong QA issues. Python 3.12 and up isn't supported yet in this version. The patches tarball hasn't changed since the 2.53.18.2-r1 one.
