net-misc/yt-dlp: add 2025.09.26

For anyone curious, no this doesn't support deno yet (support
hasn't been merged yet).

There is also no plans to preemptively add deno before it's needed,
this will be handled when yt-dlp needs it (assuming alternatives
aren't considered viable).
