Philippe Proulx 5c31c2b98e Docs: update mouse features

In the "Mouse features" section:

* Make it clear that you can double-click or triple-click and then drag
  to extend the initial selection.

* Add the fact that selecting copies the selected text to the primary
  clipboard on platforms supporting this.
