Benno Schulenberg 1e5c40765d docs: add an xclip example binding for copying text to system clipboard ...

For some reason, `xclip` needs to have its stdout and stderr forcibly
closed to make it stop running after it has ingested text.

That solution was found here:
  https://github.com/astrand/xclip/issues/34#issuecomment-686744880

This addresses https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?68444.
