This fixes non-timed progress bars: https://github.com/WoLpH/python-progressbar/issues/185 Widen PYTHON_COMPAT based on upstream tox.ini suggesting Python 3.7 is in fact supported. Previous 3.5 cap was based on the PyPi homepage for the package.
