Newly needed by games-misc/doge. Unfortunately no tests and hasn't received a commit in 5 years, but is a very small/simple package and should "hopefully" not be much of a concern (other than for setuptools deprecations anyway). Signed-off-by: Ionen Wolkens <ionen@gentoo.org>
