Michał Górny 6ea613a5e9 dev-python/py: Strip down to bare essentials ...

Remove all modules that are not necessary for dev-python/pytest-forked,
notably including the vulnerable subversion support.  We could possibly
go even further if we removed unnecessary parts of modules.

Since the package is much smaller now, also get a subset of tests to run
again.
