sci-mathematics/msieve: add missing gmp dep ...

Even without USE=ecm, this always builds against gmp itself as well.
Despite that gmp is "anyways installed because gcc" it is in fact still
a dependency... and it needs slot rebuilds, even if it is hard to notice
a missing dep that is virtually always installed.
