Kostadin Shishmanov 9508000aeb sys-kernel/scx: add missing kernel config option ...

Add KALLSYMS_ALL to the kernel config option check list, since it seems
to be required for at least scx_bpfland [1], scx_p2dq [2], and in my case
scx_lavd was also broken.
