New USE flags: * `backlight` - enables module that controls the current backlight level (via login-proxy interface provided by systemd or elogind) * `gps` - enables gps module via `sci-geosciences/gpsd` * `niri` - enables integration with `gui-wm/niri::guru` (via socket, so no build dependency) Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/961958 Signed-off-by: Sv.
